Install in 3 steps

Android users download the APK from our site, allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings, then open the file and follow the prompts. iOS users head to the App Store, search for tato888, and tap Get. Once the download finishes, open the app, sign in with your account credentials, and you're in the lobby.

Download the APK or visit the App Store — Android: open your mobile browser, navigate to tato888.app, tap the Download APK button, and save the file. iOS: launch the App Store, type tato888 into the search bar, and tap Get next to our app icon.
Allow installation (Android only) — Go to Settings > Security > Unknown sources and toggle it on so your phone accepts the APK. If your device asks for permission when you try to install, tap Allow on that screen instead. iOS users skip this step.
Open and sign in — Tap the tato888 icon on your home screen, enter your username and password, and hit Sign In. If you don't have an account yet, tap Create Account at the bottom of the login screen and we'll walk you through the registration form.

Support paths when you need app help

If you run into an installation error, can't sign in, or want to ask about a feature, open the app menu and tap Help.

App support chat Tap the chat icon in the app menu to connect with our support team. Live chat runs every day from 10:00 to 02:00 Malaysia time, and you'll usually get a reply within a few minutes. Outside those hours you can still send a message and we'll respond when the team is back online.

Email support Send your question to the email address listed in the app Help section and we'll reply within twelve hours. Include your username and a description of the issue so we can look up your account and give you a specific answer. Screenshots help if the problem is visual or happens on a particular screen.

Install guide The install guide walks you through downloading the APK on Android, allowing unknown sources, and completing the setup on iOS. Each step includes a screenshot showing where to tap and what settings to change. If you get stuck at any point, the guide also lists common error messages and how to fix them.

SECURITY PRACTICES

How we keep your app account secure

We sign every APK release with our developer certificate so your phone can verify the app came from us, and we never distribute the app through third-party stores or unofficial mirrors.

Code signing

Every APK we release is signed with our official developer certificate. When you install the app, Android checks that signature against our public key to confirm the file hasn't been modified. iOS apps go through Apple's review process and are signed automatically before they appear in the App Store.

No third-party distribution

We only host the Android APK on tato888.app and the iOS version on the Apple App Store. If you see our app listed on another site or store, it's not from us and you shouldn't download it. Unofficial versions might contain malware or fail to connect to your account.

Account recovery via email

Forgot your password? Open the app, tap Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your registered email, and we'll send you a secure reset link. Follow that link, create a new password, and you'll be able to sign back into your account. The link expires after one hour for security reasons.

Session expiry

Your session stays active for thirty days from your last login. After that the app asks you to sign in again to keep your account secure. If you use the app regularly you won't notice the expiry, but if you take a break for a month or more expect to re-enter your credentials next time you open it.

New device alerts

When someone signs into your account from a phone or tablet we haven't seen before, we send an email to your registered address with the device model and approximate location. If it wasn't you, tap Block This Device in the email and change your password immediately. If it was you, no action needed.

Secure payment flow

Deposits and withdrawals in the app use the same encrypted payment flow as the desktop site. Your Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost and FPX credentials never pass through our servers – you complete the transaction on the provider's secure page, and we receive only a confirmation token once it clears.

Offline preview	App: open it without a connection and you'll see a cached lobby with game thumbnails and recent activity. Browser: if you're offline you get a blank connection-error page and nothing to browse until your data comes back.
Payment shortcuts	App: tap the chip icon at the top of any screen to open the deposit menu in one move. Browser: you have to navigate back to the account page, find the deposit link, and then pick your payment rail – three or four extra taps compared to the app.
Full-screen gameplay	App: games open in full screen with the browser chrome hidden, giving you more vertical space and fewer distractions. Browser: the address bar and bottom navigation stay visible, cutting into the play area unless you manually enter full-screen mode in your browser settings.
Session sync	App: your balance, game history and favourites list sync automatically with the desktop site as long as you're signed into the same account. Browser: syncing works the same way since both use your account session, but you lose the offline cache and one-tap login that the app provides.

Yes. Sign in with the same username and password on both, and your balance, game history and favourites list will sync between them. If you deposit on desktop your new balance appears in the app within a few seconds, and any rounds you play on your phone show up in your desktop history.

Yes, as long as your tablet runs Android 7.0 or higher or iOS 12 or higher. The app scales to fit tablet screens, and the lobby layout adjusts so you see more game tiles at once. All features – fingerprint login, push notifications, offline preview – work the same way on tablets as they do on phones.

On iOS, app updates download automatically if you have that setting turned on in the App Store preferences. On Android, you'll need to check tato888.app for new APK versions and install them manually. We send a push notification when an update is available so you know when to download the latest release.

Yes. The app supports the same payment rails as the desktop site – Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost and FPX. Tap the chip icon, pick your payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Deposits usually clear in under a minute, and withdrawals follow the same verification flow as desktop before they're sent to your account.

Sign into your account on another device and go to the security settings. You'll see a list of active sessions with device models and approximate locations. Tap End Session next to your lost phone to sign it out remotely, then change your password. If you had biometric login enabled on the lost phone, the new password will prevent anyone from accessing your account.

We cache game thumbnails and lobby data so you can browse offline. That cache sits in the app's private storage folder, and no other apps can read it. If you deny storage permission the app still works, but you won't see the offline lobby preview and every screen will take slightly longer to load.

The app and browser site use roughly the same amount of data per session because both load the same game files and stream the same live video. The app caches some images and layout data to speed up the lobby, so after the first session you may notice slightly lower data usage when browsing games. Gameplay data – the actual slot spins and live-table streams – is identical in both versions.
